Dear self –
thank you
for taking a leap,
overcoming your comfort of stifling
by going to therapy,
leaning of
and acknowledging your traumas,
surrounding yourself
with quality, healthy, loving people,
and removing the opposite,
for setting boundaries,
opening yourself to new experiences,
to better all forms of your well-being,
and most importantly
learning how
and daring to
put yourself first
